Canned beans are actually sometimes harder for some people to digest than fresh homemade cooked beans are.

The reason that canned beans can be harder to digest for some people is because the canned beans are not cooked in a process that soaks them and fully cooks them.

If you soak beans at home and cook them really good then the home cooked beans should be much easier for you to digest than canned beans.

Canned beans and home cooked beans are the same beans but the difference is in how the beans are prepared and cooked.

beans are good for your digestive system and eating beans often enough can keep your digestive system healthy and working properly.

The reason beans are good for your digestive system is because of the fiber and insoluble fiber that beans contain.

Beans contain both soluble and insoluble fiber which aids in a good digestive system.

The soluble fiber slows down your digestion and the insoluble fiber helps prevent constipation and keeps your bowels clean and moving.

Eating beans also helps improve your heart health and may even prevent heart disease, heart attacks, strokes etc.

Beans are very nutritious and healthy although eating too many beans can cause bloating, stomach cramping, gas buildup and diarrhea.

However eating beans often can improve your health.
