As long as the eggs have been refrigerated they can be safe to eat 2 months past the expiration date.
Just smell the egg and if the egg once cracked open smells good then the egg is safe to eat.
If the egg smells bad after you crack it open then it's bad and should not be cooked or eaten.
I have had eggs that lasted 2 months past the expiration date because they were refrigerated but if they were left out a room temperature then they would be bad.
It's best to eat the eggs within a week of their expiration date to avoid any eggs going bad to make you sick.
You can also crack the eggs and then freeze them or freeze the eggs whole and although the eggs shell will crack open the eggs will last for many months past the expiration date.
