Glass can be put in a toaster oven as long as the glass is oven and heat safe.
Regular glass should never be put into a toaster oven or any other oven because it can shatter or at least cause the glass to crack.
You can put Pyrex dishes in a toaster oven and regular oven but not regular glass.
If the glass does not say oven safe or heat safe up to a certain temperature then you cannot and should not use the glass in a toaster oven.
That goes for any oven.
I've had glass exploded and break in a toaster oven before that was not rated for the high heat.
However I have used Pyrex glass in toaster ovens and it was okay because it was made for it.
