Peanuts can cause gas and bloating in some people because they can be hard to digest.

Peanuts are high in fiber content which can be hard for some people to digest properly and when you have trouble digesting the high amounts of fiber content in the peanuts they can lead to gas and bloating.

Also eating too many peanuts could cause stomach cramps and even diarrhea.

Peanuts are not only high in fiber but also peanuts are high in fat content as well which also makes them hard to digest.

When eating peanuts it can take awhile longer for them to digest than other foods because of the high fat and fiber content.

Peanuts are healthy in moderation but if you're experiencing gas, bloating, diarrhea or stomach cramps then you're eating too many of them and should eat less of them.
