However too much Jolly Ranchers can be bad for your health and cause weight gain and other health issues.
As long as you're eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise etc then eating a lot of Jolly Ranchers should pose no health issues.
Jolly Ranchers do not contain any nutritional value but just like other candies the Jolly Ranchers are okay in moderation.
We only live once and our lives are already so short so we should enjoy things but make sure to eat healthy and then you can have as many Jolly Ranchers as you want to have.
I eat a few Jolly Ranchers almost everyday but sometimes I go a few weeks etc without eating any Jolly Ranchers or other candy.
I'm healthy as far as I can tell.
