Yes you can put cucumbers in leftover pickle juice to help give the cucumbers a pickle taste.

It's best to slice the cucumbers up and then place the sliced up cucumbers in the pickle juice so that the cucumbers can absorb the pickle juice much easier.

The cucumbers won't turn into the same pickles as they would have if you made pickles from scratch but the pickle juice helps give the cucumbers a pickle taste.

Since Pickles are made from cucumbers both pickles and cucumbers are equally as healthy.

However pickles do contain more fiber and vitamins than cucumbers but the pickling process adds sodium and lowers the nutritional value of the pickles.

So the cucumbers would be much healthier for you than pickles.

Eating raw cucumbers give you vitamins, minerals, nutrients and less sodium.

But eating pickles can be healthy as well.

Pickle Juice is also great for when you have a cold and can help clear a cold up.

I always keep pickle juice after eating pickles and drink the pickle juice which also provides health benefits.
