Yes Olive Oil is Polyunsaturated but mostly contains monounsaturated fatty acids.

Olive Oil is a much healthier oil to cook with than other cooking oils are.

Polyunsaturated oils turn to solid when chilled.

Animal fat in moderation is healthy for you.

But animal fat in excess can be unhealthy because animal fat contains a lot of saturated fat which when consumed in excess can increase your risk of heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and blood clots.

As long as you're only eating the animal fat in moderation you can still have good health.

Our bodies do need some saturated fat to give us energy and keep us healthy.

However if we have too much saturated fat intake then it could cause health issues such as heart disease, heart attacks, strokes, blood clots etc.
