Some meat does contain small amounts of poop that you cannot even see because the poop is inside the meat.
The amount of poop that is in meat such as hamburger is very small and is usually because the animal eats feces or food that contains feces.
The small amount of poop which is around a couple ounces or so of poop is legal to be in the meat and as long as you cook the meat fully and heat the meat up high enough to a hot enough temperature there should be no illness from the meat containing fecal matter.
I've read on some hamburger meat packages that it said this product contains a small amount of fecal matter which I guess the manufacturing plant or packing plant had to by law say that the meat contained the fecal matter.
Many people eat meat and never get sick and we don't even think about the poop being in the meat.
