Drinking coffee in moderation is actually good for your colon health and coffee when you drink the coffee may also prevent colon cancer.

Studies have shown that those people who drink coffee daily have a lower risk of colon cancer and they have a cleaner colon as well.

Also having a colon cleanse is another good way to keep your colon clean and healthy and prevent colon cancer.

Drinking too much coffee might be bad for your colon health but when you drink coffee in moderation you improve your colon health.

Coffee has health benefits such as helping keep your heart healthy and drinking coffee everyday may even prevent dementia.

I drink one pot of coffee everyday which is 12 cups of coffee per day and nothing bad has happened to me.

Although if I want to sleep I must stop drinking coffee 2 hours before bedtime otherwise I will not be able to sleep as coffee keeps me awake.

I don't function properly in the morning without my coffee and I drink coffee during the day to stay alert.

Coffee is healthy in moderation but drinking too much coffee could be bad for your health.

Just drink coffee in moderation and you'll be okay.
