The best sauce that goes well with tamales is Ranchero Sauce and also Red Chili Sauce.
Tamales are usually served with Ranchero Sauce or Red Chili Sauce and also sometimes sour cream, Guacamole etc.
When I eat tamales I like to top the Tamales with some Ranchero Sauce and also top the Tamales with some sour cream as well as guacamole.
I also love to top the Tamales with some melted shredded cheese which also makes it very delicious.
Then I love to make some Nachos with cheese and chili sauce to go along with the Tamales which makes for a great meal that fills me up.
Sometimes I just prefer to eat Nachos but Tamales and Nachos go great with each other.
