Unlike some other foods that last up to 3 to 4 days the Pancit only lasts around 10 to 14 hours after you make it.
So be sure to eat the Pancit within the same day because even when refrigerating the leftover Pancit it rarely lasts longer than 1 day.
Pancit tends to spoil pretty quickly.
When serving Pancit the Pancit is served both hot or cold depending on who is eating it.
Some people prefer to have the Pancit served to them hot while other people prefer to have the Pancit served to them cold.
Pancit is delicious whether hot or cold but I had it served to me hot when I went out and ordered some Pancit.
Some people like the Pancit chilled and some people eat the Pancit at room temperature.
Most people eat the Pancit served hot though.
I find that Pancit tastes much better hot than it does cold but I tried it both ways.
