A bottle of soy sauce that has not been opened will last for up to 3 years before it goes bad.

So you can keep a sealed bottle of soy sauce for up to 3 years in the pantry or just out on the counter at room temperature and it will remain good and safe to use for up to 3 years.

An opened bottle of soy sauce will usually last for up to 2 years as long as you keep the bottle of soy sauce refrigerated and sealed when not using it.

Opened soy sauce is okay and safe to stay at room temperature for up to the 2 years.

However refrigerating soy sauce keeps it fresher longer and helps the soy sauce retain it's flavor.

So it's best to refrigerate the bottle of soy sauce after opening to make it last longer if you're not gonna use it up within a few months.

If you're allergic to soy then you will likely have allergic reactions when eating soy sauce because soy sauce contains soy.

So if you have soy allergies you should avoid soy sauce.

If you have a soy allergy and are highly allergic to soy then you should avoid soy sauce.

If you're just slightly allergic to soy then eating a tiny bit of soy sauce should not be a problem but be aware that you can get affected by the soy sauce when you are allergic to soy sauce.

I would just recommend staying away from soy sauce when you have a soy allergy.

When you're allergic to soy you should avoid any food contain soy including soy milk.

Eating or consuming anything that contains soy when you're allergic to soy can cause the allergic reaction to the soy.

So it's best to avoid the soy based food products when you do have an allergy to the soy.

But if not you do so at your own risk.

Worcestershire sauce is similar to soy sauce but not the same.

The difference between Worcestershire sauce and Soy sauce is Worcestershire sauce is made from many ingredients, including anchovies, onions, vinegar, and molasses, has a strong umami taste, and is primarily used for beef.

And Soy sauce is made mostly from fermented soybeans, salt, and koji mold, has a salty taste, and is usually used for Asian cuisine.

Worcestershire sauce is made of vinegar, molasses, anchovies, garlic, tamarind extract, chili pepper extract, sugar, and salt, along with other undisclosed "natural ingredients" (which purportedly include cloves, soy, essence of lemons, and pickles).

Worcestershire sauce does not need to be refrigerated although refrigerating Worcestershire sauce can be good for it.

But you can leave Worcestershire sauce out at room temperature for up to a year before it goes bad.

Other condiments such as ketchup, mustard, hot sauce and even mayonnaise does not need refrigeration.

Dijon mustard and any other mustard does not need to be refrigerated.

Mustard does not have to be refrigerated although it is okay to refrigerate the mustard if you desire.

But mustard and even ketchup and most other condiments can be left out safely at room temperature including mayonnaise.

Ketchup does expire and as the ketchup gets old it begins to harden and clump up and might smell bad.

However as long as the expired ketchup smells okay then it's safe to eat although it may not taste as good.

You do not have to refrigerate ketchup as ketchup is just basically tomatoes and nothing in ketchup will cause it to spoil at room temperature.

As long as the ketchup is kept sealed when not in use then it can remain safe at room temperature without refrigerated for a long time.

Ketchup is not refrigerated in restaurants because ketchup is safe at room temperature and ketchup is being used constantly as well in the restaurant.

Ketchup can be refrigerated but ketchup can be left out at room temperature without worry about it spoiling.

Ketchup does not require refrigeration so you can safely leave ketchup out at room temperature.

You should keep ketchup in the fridge if you want too but it's not required.

Ideally you should keep ketchup at room temperature such as on the table, counter, in the pantry etc as it requires no refrigeration.

Ketchup should be kept in the cupboard or pantry or on the counter or table at room temperature.

Keeping ketchup in the refrigerator is just a waste of space in the refrigerator because ketchup does not require refrigeration.

You don't need to or have to refrigerate Ketchup.

Ketchup can safely be left out at room temperature.

You can refrigerate ketchup but there's no need to as the Ketchup won't spoil or go bad at room temperature.

Most condiments like Ketchup don't require refrigeration.

Ketchup does not need refrigeration and will keep for 6 months or even longer out at room temperature after opening it.

You can refrigerate the opened bottles of ketchup to keep them fresher longer but you do not have to refrigerate ketchup for it to keep.

Ketchup is basically just tomatoes made into the ketchup and as long as you keep the ketchup bottle closed when not using it the ketchup will last for a long time.

I never refrigerate my ketchup and a lot of restaurants do not refrigerate their ketchup either.

Of course the ketchup in restaurants is used up pretty quickly but there's still no need to refrigerate ketchup unless you want too.
