Brewing alcohol such as beer from home is legal for personal consumption and you could sell the alcohol to your friends or family but legally you cannot sell the alcohol.
So you cannot advertise alcohol for sale and sell the alcohol for profit to just anyone that wants to buy it as that would be illegal.
If you're caught illegally selling alcohol from your home you'll face a huge fine and plus even jail or prison time if caught.
