Yes onions do increase your testosterone.

I suffer from low testosterone levels myself and after eating an onion a day in some soups and stews or even just eating a raw onion some days my testosterone levels starting going up.

When I stopped eating onions my testosterone levels went back down some but after eating onions again my testosterone levels increased again.

Onions are very healthy and if you have low testosterone levels eating onions can help you increase your testosterone.

Onions are a great snack and can be eaten raw or cooked.

When you eat onions the onions do help to draw out toxins from inside your body.

Onions also help boost your immune system which means the onions can help you fight off the flu and cold viruses as well as many other viruses.

Onions are very healthy to eat and are full of nutrients, antioxidants etc.

Onions have been known for helping Boost Digestive health, improving digestion, increase your bone density and help with your bone health, helps build a strong heart and may even prevent heart disease, onions may also prevent some cancers, control your blood sugar and much more.

However onions only draw out toxins from your body when you eat them.

Just placing onions in your sock or near you won't remove toxins and that part is just a myth that has been going around for many years.
