Actually the tortilla wraps are somewhat cooked to create the tortilla wraps so they are not really raw anyway.
The tortilla wraps taste better when they are cooked and heated up but it's not gonna harm you if you do want to eat some cold tortilla wraps.
I sometimes will grab a few tortilla wraps and eat them when I'm hungry and waiting to finish my dinner.
Sometimes I will be using tortilla wraps to make burritos with and while making the burritos I will eat a few tortilla wraps cold.
