Yes some Mexicans do eat tortilla chips.
Not all Mexicans like the same foods even though the food is Mexican just like not all Americans like the same foods.
For most Mexicans though they do like to eat tortilla chips as well as salsa and even Nachos.
I've been to Mexico before and ate at a real Mexican restaurant in Mexico and they did serve Tortilla Chips and Salsa and I saw a few Mexicans eating it.
So yes some Mexicans do eat Tortilla Chips.
I love Tortilla Chips and Salsa or even Tortilla Chips as well as cheese which makes Nachos or just dipping Tortilla Chips in cheese.
