The main difference between a burrito and an enchilada is that a burrito is usually eaten with your hands and an enchilada is eaten with a fork.

Also another difference between burritos and enchiladas is that the burritos are made with flour and the enchiladas are made with corn.

Enchiladas are also covered and smothered in sauce while the burritos are not.

So that is what makes enchiladas different from burritos although they are similar in some ways.

But if you want an enchilada instead of a burrito it will be a different food and have sauce covering the enchilada and you need a fork to eat the enchilada while with a burrito there are no sauces covering the burrito and you can eat it with your hands.
