No the worms that are in some blackberries are not harmful to your health.

Most people eat the worms in the blackberries without even realizing it and they are never ill from it.

The worms that occur in blackberries are just fly larvae and when ingested by humans they are not harmful to a humans health.

You can sometimes see the worms in the blackberries and remove them but if you eat the blackberries and they contain worms there's nothing to worry about.
