Red meat itself is not cancerous.
However eating red meat has been shown to increase your risk of developing cancer later on in life.
But you usually have to eat a lot of red meat and not eat other healthy foods before the red meat leads to possible cancer.
I've eaten red meat for years myself and never have gotten cancer.
So you're not gonna always get cancer from eating red meat.
However if someone in your family has had or has cancer then you may also be more at risk for developing cancer.
But the red meat itself is not the cause of it but the red meat does increase your chances of developing cancer but I would not worry about it.
