When boiling quail eggs you boil the quail eggs for at least 10 minutes.

It takes the same amount of time to boil a quail egg as it does to boil a chicken egg and as long as you've had the quail eggs in the boiling water for at least 10 minutes the quail eggs should be fully done.

Quail eggs do taste somewhat similar to chicken eggs but they do taste different from chicken eggs.

When it comes to taste the quail eggs have have a mild, slightly gamey taste to them as well as an extra rich, creamy yolk and higher yolk to white ratio.

It is safe to eat quail eggs raw as long as you're not pregnant or have a compromised or weak immune system.

As long as you're not pregnant and have a good immune system and are overall healthy you can safely eat raw quail eggs.

I've eaten raw quail eggs before and I've been fine.

However I think the quail eggs are much more appetizing when cooked.

I like to make scrambled quail eggs and they taste better to me than chicken eggs.

Although in my area quail eggs are a bit harder to get and are more expensive they do taste good and are worth the extra cost.
