Yes dried mulberries are healthy for you but the fresh mulberries are healthier than dried mulberries.

Still dried mulberries as well as fresh mulberries are a great source of iron, vitamin C, and several plant compounds and have been linked to lower cholesterol, blood sugar, and cancer risk.

Mulberries whether dried or fresh are a very healthy food and snack.

When eating mulberries you will improve your health and they also give your body energy.

I prefer fresh mulberries instead of dried mulberries but even dried mulberries are good to eat.

Any types of fruits whether dried or fresh are healthy but you get more health benefits from fresh fruit because drying fruit including the mulberries removes some of the nutrition and vitamins but not all.

Mulberries are also a good source of antioxidants as well which can help detox your body.
