Yes it's OK to eat salmon twice a week.

Eating too much salmon could cause mercury poisoning but you're not gonna get any mercury poison from eating salmon only twice per week.

You can eat salmon up to 3 to 4 days per week before the salmon causes mercury poisoning.

Salmon is a good food for promoting good heart health, preventing heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and eating salmon may even prevent dementia and other brain health issues.

Eating Salmon could make you fat if you eat too much of the Salmon.

However eating small amounts of salmon fish can actually help you lose weight as salmon is pretty low in calories so consuming salmon could help you keep your stomach full and also help you lose weight because you will not want to eat any additional food.

I lost weight when eating salmon along with some salads but also exercising.

To reap the health benefits of fish and keep your brain and heart healthy you should eat fish at least twice per week.
