Toast is a healthy breakfast and provides you with fiber, good carbohydrates and can also give you energy.
The toast also contains grains which is heart healthy.
If you add butter to the toast then it becomes less healthy but even if you do add some butter to your toast it's still a healthy breakfast.
To have an even healthier breakfast when eating toast you should also eat some apples, bananas and other fruits along with your toast.
But even just eating a few pieces of toast without anything else is better for your health than not eating any breakfast.
Breakfast is a very important meal to eat before you start your day because you need food to provide your body with energy.
So at least eat something.
I like to eat toast along with a bowl of cereal and either a glass of orange juice or glass of milk.
