Yes scrambled eggs do indeed freeze pretty well.
When freezing scrambled eggs you should allow the scrambled eggs to fully cool down after cooking them.
After you allow the scrambled eggs to fully cool down then you should put the scrambled eggs into Ziploc bags or freezer safe bags.
Then just place them in the freezer like normal.
When ready to thaw the frozen scrambled eggs you can put the scrambled eggs into the refrigerator overnight or use the microwave on the defrost setting to thaw the frozen scrambled eggs.
Scrambled eggs freeze really well and thaw and reheat really well and they taste just as great as when made fresh.
I make lots of scrambled eggs and then freeze them in freezer bags and then have them ready to thaw out.
