Dried fruit is still healthy to eat just like fresh fruit is.
But dried fruit is not as healthy as fresh fruit is.

Fresh Fruit is the healthiest when it comes to eating fruit and fresh fruit also tastes better than dried fruit does as well.
You still get some health benefits from eating dried fruit but if you really want to reap the health benefits of eating fruit you really should eat fresh fruit more often than you eat dried fruit.
Also when drinking fruit juice make sure you're drinking real fruit juice and not artificially flavored fruit juice.
The fresh fruit juice is much healthier for you than artificial fruit juice is.
