Yes you can eat sprouts for breakfast or anytime you want too.
However you still need to eat other foods that have even more nutrition.
So while you can eat sprouts as often as you want and can eat sprouts for breakfast as well you still need to and should eat other breakfast foods that are more nutritious.
You should eat foods such as cereal, oatmeal, toast, bananas, apples etc for breakfast to help you get the needed nutrients and vitamins as well as minerals your body needs to stay healthy and give you energy.
I eat some sprouts for breakfast every few days but I also eat other breakfast foods.
I used to do without breakfast but had hardly any energy and after eating sprouts for breakfast and eating breakfast every morning I began getting more energy to get more work done through the day.
