Yes it's good to boil sprouts before eating them.
Boiling or even steaming the sprouts is recommended before eating the sprouts.
Eating raw sprouts can be done but it's not recommended because raw sprouts can contain bacteria which can cause food poisoning.
Sprouts as long as they are cooked by boiling or steaming them are healthy but they are not all that nutritious and you should still eat other healthy foods.
But sprouts are okay and I love my sprouts and I always boil the sprouts before eating them to kill the bacteria and also raw sprouts are not very good eating.
I have never gotten sick from eating boiled sprouts.
