Yes beets are good for testosterone.

Beets contain boron which is essential for your body to be able to produce testosterone naturally and when you eat beets and consume that born your testosterone in your body will increase which is good when you need an increase in testosterone.

The beets also are good for muscle building and muscle strength as well and they also give your body energy and help keep your kidneys healthy as well.

Beets and beetroot are both good for muscle building.

Beetroot and beets are very good for you when building muscle and also just to keep your body healthy and give your body energy as well.

Beetroot and beets contain Nitrate which is a chemical naturally occurring in certain foods that is converted into nitric oxide when consumed.

When you get that nitric oxide from the beetroot it raises the nitric oxide levels in your body which helps build muscles.

So if you're on a muscle building goal then drinking beetroot juice or eating beets can help you build that muscle much quicker and easier.

Beets are naturally high in nitrates, which are turned into nitric oxide in the body.

Raw beets contain more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than cooked beets.

Like many vegetables, the longer you cook beets (especially in water), the more of the colorful phytonutrients leach out of the food and into the water.

Retain the good-for-you nutrients in beets by roasting them or sautéing them instead.

You can freeze cooked beets.

When you freeze cooked beets just make sure the cooked beets have cooled down and then put the cooked beets in a Ziploc bag or a freezer safe container.
