Eating too much yogurt could lead to and cause belly fat or even fat in general.

But eating just a bit of yogurt in moderation or even eating a serving of yogurt everyday should not lead to belly fat or weight gain.

Yogurt is actually good in moderation to help you lose belly fat as well as regular fat.

So when you're on a weight loss diet or are looking to lose belly fat then eating some yogurt can help you keep your belly and stomach feeling full so that you don't eat too much of any other foods that are high in fat.

And when your belly or stomach is full then you won't want to eat other foods that could cause you to gain weight instead of helping you lose weight.

I actually lost belly fat and even lost weight in general when eating yogurt on a weight loss diet.

Also exercising such as running on a treadmill, running outside, hiking, jogging, riding a bicycle etc all help you to lose belly fat and lose weight.

Because you burn off calories.

Even going Kayaking is a good workout and you have fun and lose belly fat and weight loss in general happens.
