Yes bananas are good for breakfast.

Bananas are high in potassium, nutrients, vitamins, minerals etc that help give you energy and keep you healthy.

I eat a banana everyday for my breakfast and I will also have another banana during the day as a snack.

When eating bananas everyday I find I have much more energy through the day and have been healthier.

Some people also suffer from low potassium levels and eating bananas is a good way of naturally bringing up those peoples potassium levels.

Bananas are a great healthy food for breakfast or anytime and the bananas make a good snack as well.

So if you want to eat bananas for breakfast or anytime then you should do so as you'll have much better health as a result.
