When it comes to stock or broth the broth is much healthier than the stock.
The chicken broth or other broth is healthier because it contains less fat, calories and carbs than stock.
However the stock does contain slightly more vitamins and minerals than broth does but since the broth is less in calories, fat etc that makes the broth healthier for you than the stock.
Both stock and broth are healthy though in moderation.
