Hot sauce could kill you if you eat too much of it.
However it's really impossible to eat enough hot sauce so that it becomes deadly and kills you.
Your stomach would start hurting long before you ate enough hot sauce to kill you.
Basically for hot sauce to be able to kill you, then you would need to eat gallons of hot sauce or at least a few gallons of hot sauce in one day.
But even then it's likely to just cause stomach pain and diarrhea and hot poop that will burn your bottom.
But it would probably take around 10 gallons or more of hot sauce eaten within a few days or so before it killed you.
Eating too much hot sauce can cause stomach ulcers and eat at your stomach lining so avoid eating too much hot sauce.
