Yes you can use Ziploc bags in a vacuum sealer to seal the air out of the food and make the food last longer.
To seal the Ziploc bags using a Vacuum sealer place the food into the Ziploc bag and leave the Ziploc bag unzipped and then place the Ziploc bag into the vacuum sealer and seal the air out.
Then after the air is removed from the Ziploc bag you can close the zip part of the Ziploc bag.
It's better to use regular Vacuum sealer food bags for the Vacuum sealer but you can use the Ziploc bags for the food and seal it using the Vacuum sealer.
I've done it several times before and it works just fine.
