Yes you can make scrambled eggs without milk.

All you need to do is crack the eggshell and put the egg into the skillet and then use a metal spoon to stir the eggs while they are cooking.

Then the eggs will turn into scrambled eggs and cook in the skillet just fine.

Adding milk to your eggs can actually make the eggs a bit rubbery so it's best to cook scrambled eggs or any eggs without the addition of milk.

The last time I tried making scrambled eggs with milk the eggs turned out a bit rubbery and were hard to eat.

You can add milk to the scrambled eggs and it gives it a bit of flavor but also does make them rubbery which is not so good.

A lot of people make scrambled eggs all the time without milk and it turns out just fine.
