Meat does get glued together in some places to help hold the meat together.
However the meat glue is not regular glue like we use to glue stuff together.
Instead the meat glue is an enzyme known as transglutaminase which is added to the meat and then it binds the proteins together to hold the meat together.
So the meat glue is not really glue itself but an enzyme that is safe for human consumption.
So while meat glue is used to glue meat together it's not harmful at all to eat meat that is glued together.
We eat meat everyday that has been glued together and it's safe to consume.
