No you should never eat linguica raw.
If you eat linguica raw then you could get food borne illnesses or parasites from the raw linguica so make sure you cook the linguica all the way before eating it.
Bacteria, parasites etc could be lingering in the Linguica and when you eat it raw that bacteria and parasites can infect you and make you sick.
So avoid eating any raw meat such as the Linguica and any other raw meat because you can get worms and even have food poisoning.
Always make sure you fully cook the Linguica.
I've heard of some people eating raw Linguica but it's not recommended at all.
