Wine does eventually go bad if it's opened and when opened wine does expire.
If the wine is kept sealed and never opened the wine can last 100 years or even longer and will be of great quality to drink even after all those years.
Wine actually gets better with age as long as the wine bottle is not opened.
But once the wine bottle has been opened then the wine has to be consumed before it goes bad.
Wine that has been opened will go bad within about a week of opening so wine does go bad quickly once you open the bottle of wine.
But as long as the bottle of wine is never opened it remains good for 100 years or longer.
