Molasses can upset your stomach especially if you eat too much or consume too much molasses.
Since the molasses contains lots of sugar content then too much of that sugar in the molasses can cause digestive issues which can lead to stomach cramps, diarrhea and bloating.
If you have diabetes then consuming too much molasses can really upset your stomach and cause serious health issues with your diabetes.
So if you have diabetes either don't consume molasses or watch how much molasses you eat.
If your stomach is getting upset when eating molasses then either your stomach does not agree with the molasses or you are consuming too much molasses.
Molasses is healthy for you in moderation but eating too much molasses can cause digestive and other health issues.
I only get an upset stomach when I eat or consume too much molasses but as long as I only eat or consume just a little bit of the molasses then I don't get the upset stomach.
