Can you cook pasta in a pressure cooker?

Yes pasta can be cooked in a pressure cooker and you can even cook pasta in the Instant Pot pressure cooker.

Just add your pasta like you normally would too a cooking pot then add your water and salt and then close the lid and turn the pressure cooker on or turn the stove on to allow the pressure cooker to cook.

It takes around 5 to 10 minutes to cook the pasta in a pressure cooker or the instant pot pressure cooker.

Then release the pressure after around 10 minutes and then the pasta should be fully cooked and ready to drain and serve.

You can use the instant release on the instant pot and the good thing about cooking the pasta using a pressure cooker is you don't have to worry about the water boiling over.

But you still should keep an eye on the pressure cooker and not forget about it.
