Yes Domino's does use pasteurized cheese when making their pizza.

So since Domino's Pizza does have pasteurized cheese it means that it's safe to eat Domino's Pizza with cheese during pregnancy.

Also when the pizza is baked the bacteria that may have been contained in any cheese would be killed off even if the cheese was not pasteurized.

So that also means that if you made pizza at home with cheese and put non pasteurized cheese on the pizza the pizza would still remain safe to eat because the heating of the cheese and melting of the cheese in the oven at those high temperatures would kill any bacteria that could be in the cheese.

The reason you want cheese that is melted to a high enough temperature or pasteurized cheese when you're pregnant is because the cheese could otherwise contain bacteria that can harm the baby and pregnancy.

But when that bacteria is killed in the cheese then there's no harm to the baby or harm to the pregnancy.

The cheese that Domino's uses is a natural dairy product, produced from cultured and pasteurized milk, rennet; and salts of calcium and/or sodium.
