Yes too much fruit can make you fat.
Fruit is healthy to eat in moderation but if you eat too much fruit the fruit can make you fat because of the sugar content in the fruit.
The more sugar you consume through eating the fruit the more weight you're likely to gain.
But not all people who eat a lot of fruit gain weight and some people can eat a lot of fruit and other high fattening foods and never increase their weight.
But then again some people gain weight by eating just a few calories and fat as well as just a little sugar.
So continue to eat fruit but in moderation.
If you notice an increase in your weight and you're eating a lot of fruit then it would be best to slow down on the amount of fruit you're eating.
