Ice pops take around 30 minutes to freeze.
What I do with my ice pops is put them in the freezer the night before I want to eat them and keep them in the freezer so they will always be ready to eat.
But if you just bought some ice pops or are making some ice pops then you need to give them at minimum of 30 minutes to freeze.
If it's hotter in your house and your freezer has to work longer to freeze them then it might take 60 minutes to 2 hours to fully freeze.
But from experience ice pops usually freeze within 30 to 60 minutes at most.
