McDonald's does not use any powdered eggs when making their food that contains eggs.
The eggs that McDonald's does use are eggs that are already made off site at a different food manufacturing plant and then the eggs that are already made are shipped to the McDonald's.
The eggs that are shipped and delivered to McDonald's are already cooked and flash frozen and then reheated again when they are needed at the McDonald's.
They are real eggs but just already made eggs that don't taste as good as freshly made eggs.
But they are still healthy for you.
I prefer my own eggs at home though but will eat McDonald's food with eggs or any McDonald's food when I'm hungry enough.
