When making pulled pork you should let the pork rest for around 15 to 20 minutes before you start the pulling process of the pork.

Allowing the pork to rest for 15 to 20 minutes after cooking it allows the pork to relax which makes the pork Juicier and also gives the pork more flavor.

The resting of the pork also makes the pulling process much easier so allow the pork to rest for a minimum of 15 minutes before you start pulling the pork.

It allows the pork to also cool down so it will be easy to handle without getting burnt as well.

You can also allow any other meats including the pork to rest for 15 to 20 minutes before serving it because it too makes the meat taste much better.
