Soured Cream is healthy in moderation but when you eat too much soured cream it can be bad for your health and could cause weight gain.

Sour Cream is pretty high in fat and calories so it's not the best for your health and if you're working on weight loss then it could increase your weight when you eat too much sour cream.

But when eaten in moderation the sour cream may actually benefit your health in some ways.

Sour Cream does contain some probiotics which is good bacteria that helps with your health and gut health but sour cream is not the healthiest to eat when it comes to probiotics.

Sour Cream contains 1 percent vitamin A and calcium but only trace amounts of other vitamins and mineral that you need to keep healthy.

Yogurt is a much healthier option that contains probiotics which is the good bacteria that you need and it contains more vitamins and minerals than any sour cream does.

Sour Cream can also be fattening as well when you eat too much of it so that makes sour cream not the best food to eat when you're losing weight.

Yogurt is a much healthier food to eat when losing weight or when you're just trying to keep healthy.
