Yes you can freeze guacamole and it will last up to 3 months in the freezer.
To freeze guacamole put the guacamole in Ziploc bags and then place the date on the bag to let you know when you froze it.
The guacamole will stay fresh for up to 3 months in the freezer but will remain safe to eat for up to a year when kept frozen.
You can thaw the frozen guacamole out by letting it sit out at room temperature for an hour or placing the bag of guacamole sealed in a bowl of hot water to allow it to thaw.
Or place the frozen guacamole in the freezer for 24 hours and it should thaw out.
