If your stores doesn't sell brisket as brisket then the store may carry the brisket in another name such as flat meat or deckle point.

Some stores call it flat meat while other stores call the brisket deckle meat so it can vary.

Some stores may know what you're asking about if you tell them you're looking to buy some brisket and they may just have it under another name.

Going to a good butcher they should have the brisket under the name brisket but they may also call it the deckle meat or flat meat.

You can look up brisket on your phone etc and show it to the staff in the store if you're having trouble finding the brisket.

Whenever I need to buy brisket I've found it under the name deckle point.

Or the meat that is brisket could just be known as deckle and it can vary from store to store and location to location.

Brisket is also called deckle point.

Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef or veal.

The beef brisket is one of the nine beef primal cuts, though the definition of the cut differs internationally.

The brisket muscles include the superficial and deep pectorals.
