If you happen to eat cream that has gone off and spoiled you will experience stomach cramping, maybe vomiting and sometimes diarrhea.
You won't get deathly ill from eating spoiled cream or eating cream that has gone off but it will sometimes make you feel like you're dying from eating the cream that has gone off.
Stay near a toilet as well because you likely will be needing to use the toilet often or put on a diaper because you're likely gonna have diarrhea for awhile.
I once ate some bad cream and I had diarrhea and wished I had a diaper on at that time because I had to run to the toilet often and sometimes I had messed my pants.
So stay near a toilet if you ate bad cream or do not eat the bad cream at all.
It's not worth it and if you think the cream has gone off and spoiled then throw it out to avoid health issues.
