Beans are very healthy for you and the worse that would happen if you eat too much beans is that you get a lot of gas buildup in your stomach.
So when you get that gas in your stomach from eating too many beans you'll fart a lot more which can be a bad thing for you when you're around a lot of people.
But eating a lot of beans can help keep you and your heart healthy and beans have been shown to help prevent possible heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and even some other diseases such as cancer.
There's no guarantee that eating beans will prevent heart disease, heart attacks and cancer or even diabetes but you reduce your chance of getting those health problems.
If you notice your stomach cramping up or you're having diarrhea from eating the beans then you're eating too many beans and should cut back on the beans for awhile.
Also you can soak beans in vinegar to help remove the chemicals that cause the gas in the beans and just replace the vinegar and water with fresh water before you cook them.
