After you brine chicken you do rinse the chicken off with water.
After brining the chicken remove the chicken from the brine and then rinse the chicken under water both inside and out using cold water.
Then put the chicken on a platter or something and then put the chicken in the refrigerator for an hour to dry the skin of the chicken.
Also some recipes call for leaving the brine on the chicken while other recipes call for rinsing the brine but for most recipes you do rinse the brine off the chicken.
Always discard the brine after using it and do not consume the brine as it may hurt you.
